Scott offers a wealth of management expertise within the construction and water industries. His experience includes Flood Risk Assessment and Surface Water Management, drainage design, sewerage schemes, hydraulic modelling, pumping systems, construction supervision and SuDS design.
Scott’s technical expertise and analytical skills ensure that demanding projects are managed and delivered on time and within budget. He has prepared and supervised contracts for both public and private sector clients, from tender preparation to final account settlement.
Scott is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management, an ISO9000:2000 QMS internal auditor and remains proficient in numerous software packages including Microdrainage, Hydroworks, HEC-RAS, ISIS, MIKE 11, WINFAP-FEH, FEH, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Kamila Marshall | BSc(Hons) | Graduate member of CIWEM
Kamila has over six years experience in preparing engineering designs, plans, drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D and specialist software packages.
Kamila has delivered a range of projects including river modelling and hydraulic designs associated with Flood Risk Assessments, using HEC-RAS and the FEH, and has conducted topographical surveys including as-built surveys for sewage treatment works and foul water pumping stations and surveys of small watercourses in association with river modelling.
Kamila is proficient in the use of a number of software packages including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS and the FEH.

Bob Williams | BSc(Hons) | MICE | CEng
Associate Civil Engineer
Bob has over 35 years experience in public health engineering and project management gained in the UK, Nigeria, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Iraq, Iran and Libya. He specialises in water projects including flood risk assessment, foul and surface water sewerage, pumping stations, sewage treatment, hydraulic modelling of sewers and rivers, drainage area studies, and large multi-disciplinary infrastructure works.
Bob has prepared tenders and supervised contracts for both public and private sector clients through to final account settlement, managing teams undertaking all project phases from pre-feasibility to construction.
Bob has acted as an expert witness for flood and drainage schemes. He is also proficient in the use of a number of software packages including WINFAP-FEH, FEH, HEC-RAS, Hydroworks, Microdrainage and MIKE 11.
